Smartgen Controller
SmartGen generator controllers are used for automatic and monitor control system of gen-set to achieve automatic start/stop,
data measure and alarm protection. The controller adopts large liquid crystal display (LCD) and selectable Chinese, English or
other languages interface with easy and reliable operation.
Gen-set automatic controllers adopt 32 bits microprocessor technology with precision parameters measuring, fixed value
adjustment, time setting and
threshold adjusting and etc.. Majority parameters can be configured from front panel, and all parameters can be configured by
USB interface (or RS485/Link interface) to adjust via PC. It can be widely used in all types of automatic gen-set control system
with compact structure, advanced circuits, simple connections and high reliability.

SERVICE SCHEDULE:
First Service: 50 hrs / 3 Months
Second Service: 200 hrs / 6 Months
Third Service: 550 hrs / 12 Months, Continue once a year or 1000hrs
AUTOMATIC START: 10 SECONDS DELAY, 10 TO 35 SECONDS WARMUP
PLEASE NOTE: Generator must not run less than 35% of load for long periods this will cause glazing. All ratings are
approximate and at SEA LEVEL. Engines need to be de-rated for altitude. A rough guide to de-rate performance is 1% for
every 100m above sea level. I.e: A 20KVA at sea level is an 18KVA at 1000m above sea level (10% less) etc.
The generator will not be able to take the full load instantaneously. The load should be added to the generator gradually. 50%
initially and then stepped up over time once engine is up to temperature.
