REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services tailored to our clients’ specifications. Please note the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

  1. Goods Supplied as Ordered
    If goods are supplied correctly, as per the original order or based on specifications that were reviewed and accepted by the client (including verbal, written, or signed approval), a 100% fee will be charged. Such goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they have been supplied in full accordance with the agreed terms.

  2. Client Acceptance
    In cases where the client has reviewed, approved, or otherwise accepted the goods—whether through written confirmation, sample approval, or any form of acceptance—no return or refund will be permitted. A full charge (100%) will apply.

  3. Exceptions
    Returns may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as goods being supplied incorrectly (not matching the agreed order or specification) or defective in a way that is not consistent with prior acceptance. In such cases, claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.

 

By placing an order, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.
